The reality as it pertains to automotive electronic repair services is that not all circuit boards are repairable. In the event that a non-repairable cluster or other module is shipped to Kincer’s Service, we will contact the buyer and provide details of the failure and provide additional support to source a replacement unit. In the event the buyer declines the additional services and requests the unit to be returned, Kincer’s Service, as standard practice charge a $65 check out fee. This fee covers technician time spent and the return UPS shipping charges.         

1 Year Warranty

Kincer’s Service, LLC warranties all modules and cluster it rebuilds to be free of defects of worked performed (materials and workmanship)under normal use for a full 1 years from date of receipt, unless stated otherwise. 

We Cover:

Kincer’s Service, LLC will cover the cost of our parts and labor if the original problem persists or returns. In addition, Kincer’s Service will cover return-shipping for parts previously repaired when the defect is within the repair for a period of 1 year.  Buyer will cover shipping cost after 1 year. 

We Do Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover modules that have been damaged due to, but not limited to: improper installation/removal, fire, water damage, over-voltage, reverse-voltage, another defective part in the vehicle, use in an application for which the module was not intended, or evidence of misuse or tampering. This warranty does not cover any charges incurred by the customer in removing/installing the module, diagnostics, parts, materials, or labor performed by anyone other than Kincer’s Service.  Warranties are not transferable. 

Please Note:

If there is an issue with repair we must inspect the defect before a refund can be issued.  Items sent in with the following may have a limited warranty and may cost extra to repair (we will contact you before shipping back or rebuilding):  Units with damaged seals, cracked or broken connector housings, units rebuilt by someone else, and exposed circuit boards that are not properly protected from ESD are subject to terminated warranties.

Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free return shipping on repairs returned for re-inspection or products within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  If your part cannot be further repaired, we can also offer to source an exchange on most models.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items that have been disassembled or broken
  • Returned physical items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned repair items must be returned with copy of original receipt
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:

  • Refund processing typically takes 1-3 business days, replacement product, or store credit can be done same day in many cases.
  • Customer will not incur any shipping fees within the first 30 days of receiving the order unless listed in exceptions.
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
  • Lost or damaged packages for repairs sent from Kincer’s Service are only covered to the amount of insurance requested at the time of checkout.
