2008-2012 Chevy Malibu Instrument Cluster Repair

Common Advanced Repair Symptoms:

• Dead cluster, erratic gauge function, and or information center display blank.
• Odometer may not accumulate mileage. Note: The Body Control Module (BCM) is the primary odometer storage on the Malibu. A used cluster may not re-synchronize with BCM and most programming tool will not correct this condition. If a used cluster is to be installed, cloning of the original cluster may be the only good option to correct the odometer not accumulating issue. Always keep the original cluster in case the cloning possess is required.

What does our rebuild include?

• Power supply and logic circuit repair to correct above failures.
• Replace OEM LED backlights as needed.
• Replace gauges as needed.

What is the benefit of sending my cluster in to you all vs. just getting a new one?

There are a couple reasons:

• Rebuilding your cluster prevents any reprogramming that would be necessary in a “new cluster” situation. (Mileage & VIN)
• It does cost less!
