What is the benefit of sending my cluster in to you all vs. just getting a new one?

There are a couple reasons:

• Rebuilding your cluster prevents any reprogramming that would be necessary in a “new cluster” situation. (Mileage & VIN)
• It does cost less!
•  A new cluster could show signs of failure in the future.
