You pay shipping to us, we ship back to you via UPS free of charge.
PayPal, all major credit cards, check (include when you send cluster), or, you may choose to have us call you to receive your payment information post-repair.
Delivery time is dependent on your location, the mailing service used, holidays, and weekends. UPS is our main delivery service, although we do occasionally ship FedEx. Normally, it takes 1-3 days for our customers to receive their clusters.
After an order is placed, we await the arrival of your cluster. Once received, we promptly begin repair. Upon completion and after receiving payment, we ship your repaired cluster back to you, free of return shipping charges.
Yes. We include computerized invoices for every order when we mail back your cluster.
